Postdoc Centre, University of Cambridge, Eddington, Cambridge, 22nd23rd Sep 2026

Registration

Registration for the Queer in STEM Workshop 2026 (22nd23rd September 2026, Postdoc Centre, Eddington, Cambridge) is now open.

Thanks to a grant from the Cambridge Research Culture Fund, attendance is available at a nominal fee — and that fee covers all food and drink throughout the entire conference, including coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, and drinks:

  • Day attendance — a small registration fee covering all catering
  • £20 — the same, plus overnight accommodation

Abstract submission

We are looking to highlight stories of how people have achieved positive change in their workplace. We want to know what has worked, what hasn't worked, who your allies and co-conspirators have been, and how you have navigated resistance to change.

We welcome abstract submissions for:

  • Short talk
  • Poster
  • Either or both

The deadline for registration and abstract submission is 31st July 2026 (23:59 BST).
